Allwood Sustainability and Aboriginal Culture Library

Allwood Neighbourhood House has a dedicated library space and a wonderful collection of books, that can be read or borrowed.

The library aims to be a conduit for ideas and to create awareness of living sustainably with nature and to honour the first Australians lives and culture.

Allwood Neighbourhood House is committed to Truth Telling, Reconciliation and Treaty with First Nations people.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future, and extend respect to all First Nations people. We respect the enduring strength of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded
